Products and availability

We aim to present product images, descriptions, prices, and availability as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens. Product availability can change without notice, and we may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or cannot be supplied.

Prices and Cash on Delivery

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We currently offer Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. Please pay the confirmed order total to the delivery representative at the time of delivery. We may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Shipping

We deliver across Pakistan. Standard shipping is Rs 250. Delivery is free for orders above Rs 3,000. Estimated delivery times may vary according to your city, courier service, weather, holidays, and other operational factors.

Order acceptance and cancellation

An order placed on the website is a request to purchase and is accepted once confirmed by AinakMart. To cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns & Exchanges policy. Please review that page before placing your order. Items must be returned in the original condition with all included accessories and packaging, where applicable.

Use of our website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its security, checkout process, or other customers’ use of the store. Content, images, and branding on this website belong to AinakMart or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
